Find six intro files in the game directory.
An example of the location of the searched C files:\Program Files (x86)\SteamsteamappscommonUnreal Tournament 3UTGameMovies
1) Find Copyright_pc.bik, EpicLogo.bik, Intel_Duo_logo.bik, Midwaylogo.bik, Nvidia_pc.bik and UE3_logo.bik
2) Create a backup just in case
3) Delete these files.
Now after starting the game you will find yourself immediately in the main menu.
