Although the manual says, that Klusha is a bird of the city, looking for it there is useless:
The only place, where am I 3 hours of play managed to meet her (having already reached, that pointed the camera at every white bird), it's right here on the fence near the church:
Just don't stand close to the fence while waiting, otherwise she will be frightened and will not sit down.
