This achievement is quite easy to obtain., you just need to get a good ending. Most likely you have already received it., playing by themselves.

How to get a:

1) Stay in the closet.
Stay in the Closet. (This is how you get the key to the basement)
2) Go to the bathroom.
Go to the toilet.
3) Check the stalls.
Check the booths.
4) Talk with Brownie and help her.
Talk to Brownie (Chocolate, if you play with a crack) and agree to help her.
5) Go to the gym.
Go to the gym.
6) Hide or help Sparky.

7) Go to the basement, open the door and enter.

8) Go to the classroom.

    After you throw Patches off your tail, keep going into rooms, continue until Brownie and Sparky are pissed off, it will lower their hearts to -2. (if for some reason you didn't do it with Brownie)
  16. Go to the classroom again and side with Patches.

  18. Agree for Patches to be your boyfriend.
