Project Hospital: Passage of story missions

This guide will cover, how to complete the story missions to get the corresponding achievements. They each have two paths: “honest” and “fast” – I will consider the second.

 

Campaign 1. Get the hospital out of debt.
From the very beginning of the campaign, our hospital has a debt of 160.000$, and for successful completion it is necessary to pay off this debt. Irrelevant, where will the money come from: the execution trigger is exactly on the loan repayment.

1. We go to the construction menu, select the dynamite icon and sell the top two floors, and on the proceeds 200.000+$ extinguish debt. You can do this from the very beginning of the game., without taking off pause. Additionally, an achievement will be obtained “Good credit history” (pay a debt to the bank for less, than for 20 days).

Campaign 2. Cure patients / have income
Here we have to fulfill 5 story missions for the successful completion of the campaign.

The task 1. Cure 20 patients.
From the very beginning, we completely destroy our hospital and fire all employees. Then we build a new one from templates in such a configuration.: Our goal – unblock events, so we need an emergency day and night clinic, emergency hospitalization (one room is enough), day and night clinic for internal medicine, internal medicine hospitalization (one ward is also enough) and one ambulance. Events will allow us to always fill the right number of patients. When they unlock – the department of internal diseases should be closed in the control mode…

…and you can start running the event “Epidemic” at every opportunity.

The task 2. Have income 1 day in a row.

It is enough to execute the event once successfully, to make the balance positive. Each subsequent successful execution adds 5.000$ to the award up to 20.000$.

The task 3. Cure 28 patients per day.

We continue to fill patients with an event “Epidemic”. Each event gives 10 patients, which will be quickly disassembled by our doctors on duty.

The task 4. Have income 3 days in a row.

Once a day we call on “Epidemic” and get our excess profit.

The task 5. Cure 50 patients per day.

Focusing and sticking “Epidemic” so many times, how much is required. You can take patients for yourself and diagnose yourself. It doesn't have to be true: if you choose the wrong diagnosis at random, the event will fail, but ten patients will also remain waiting in the corridor for their turn and they can also be given random diagnoses and procedures.

Campaign 3. Hospital management
Here we have three tasks from the very beginning., but they do not have to be performed at the same time. There is no time limit, completing two tasks is enough to complete the campaign, and completing three will give an additional achievement “Boss of bosses”.

At the beginning, traditionally, demolish the entire hospital with dynamite and fire all employees. Now we have ~ 760.000 $, this is enough for the whole campaign. Every day there will be more 75 patients, so we count on all actions, based on this number.

The task 1. Maintain prestige higher 3,5 stars over 3 days.

This is the hardest mission of the campaign, let's execute it this way:
We will create a compact clinic with ten emergency rooms, two microbiology laboratories and two X-ray rooms, as well as a janitor's closet for two persons, so that the clinic is always perfectly clean . We create employees manually for each of the offices: you need to specify positive properties “comfortable” and “pleasant”, and as a negative, you can specify “germophobic”.

Usually, It's enough, so that during the normal functioning of the clinic, all patients are satisfied with more than four stars.

The task 2. Maintain income higher 15.000$ during 3 days.

Here we will repeat our experience from the second campaign., when the specialized clinic was established to perform events: in addition to our clinic to build a small emergency hospitalization unit, internal medicine doctor's office and internal medicine hospitalization unit, after which we close the department of internal diseases through the control mode. So the event will open to us “Epidemic”, which we will successfully run several times. For successful completion of events in a row, the reward increases up to 20.000$ for each, so it will be enough 3 days to work with the event and the task will be counted.

The task 3. Open hospitalization to all departments.

The simplest task. Hospitalization should not really function and admit patients, it is enough to simply configure the necessary premises from templates for each department and hire the necessary personnel. In the moment, when will the last employee be hired in the last branch, the task is completed.

Testing 1-6. Specialized clinics.
In all trials, the player is required to take control of a clinic with one specialized department and during 10 days to successfully treat at least 90% patients. Every day the number of patients increases by 5, from 35 to 90.

The number of patients does not change from the prestige of the hospital and from random events. And exactly the same, like in the sandbox, the principle applies here: patients with illnesses will not come to your hospital, which cannot be cured of you. If you don't have surgery – you will not come in need of surgical care, no traumatology – there will be no trauma patients and so on. This is what we will use, to quickly and easily pass all the tests.

In each trial, first of all, we will sell the entire building and fire all employees, and then build in the open air at least 12 doctors' offices of the emergency medicine department, several waiting rooms, restroom, a couple of x-ray rooms (so that doctors do not distract us with the inability to independently identify bruises) and two microbiology laboratories (to automatically distinguish between onychomycosis and foot deformities). We hire staff in each office in both shifts (there will be enough money after the sale of the starting clinic for everything). After that, you can start the speed to maximum and go about your business while waiting for the end of the tenth day..

It is worth understanding, that in the construction of waiting rooms from templates for the X-ray room and laboratory, you should manually bind them to the desired departments in the control mode.

Such a clinic “on the grass” able to complete all tests of the game.

Addition. Doctor's mode: finally in…
This is a real assignment exam, since we will face more than fifty separate tasks, and here you won't be able to cheat. There are only a couple of tips:

1. Starting hospital, as always, it is better to immediately demolish it to the root, and build new items as needed.
2. After opening the branch, which is required for the next assignment, you can immediately close it and demolish it – or leave and in the future reassign offices to another department, which will be required for another task.
3. When the task is “cure X patients manually”, it is not necessary to make the right diagnoses – you can hit the first one, provide treatment for him and escort the patient. Tomorrow he'll be back again, but the task will already be done.
4. Among the tasks will be “end the day with 75% rating” and “end the day with 85% rating”, therefore it is better to create all employees with skills in advance “pleasant” and “comfortable”, and also actively use events (completing one event per day gives +10% to the rating, performing two or more events per day gives +20% to the rating).
