Guide to finding all the secrets in Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem. For collecting all the secrets you will receive the following achievements:

Beyond Achievements, Collecting all secrets for multiplayer unlocks a playable character.
The guide is not finished. Only those secrets are described here, which I managed to find. At the moment, I have fully collected all the secrets on 3 missions:

At the beginning.

The second secret is in the bunker, but you can get there only after turning on the electricity. That is, after completing the side task (before returning back for a reward).
In the boss arena.
Before entering the big arena 2 secret. Secret passage between containers. The second secret is at the bridge supports.. On one side of the support there are boards, which you can jump.
In the last arena 2 secret, after you exit the Mechanoid. Immediately at the entrance to the arena is a secret level.
And at the exit from the arena there is another secret – between containers secret charge c4.
Siberiada
Roadside Picnic
At the beginning, under the bridge.
Going a little further from the start, between the rocks on the left, there is a secret passage behind the bush.
On the roof of a garage with a tank.
Enter the left gate, there is a secret hidden in the ground behind the house under the boards.
Turn right after passing a long corridor with light signaling. Behind the boxes is a hatch down. Destroy the boxes and go down. There you will need to solve the puzzle with knife switches, to open a safe with an automatic shotgun.
Found in a side quest. Before descending into the pipe, turn left into the room. Before descending into the pipe, turn left into the room.
