Go to the game folder, then go to this path portalreloaded / resource, there we are looking for subtitles_english, will be 2 file, copy them to the desktop, do the same with subtitles - Xinhua English.news.cn, now we change the names of the files – english to russian and vice versa, and again we transfer to the directory specified above with the replacement, READY!
