Most achievements are easy, 4 boring and.. All..?
The list of achievements has been divided into categories presented below:

Story Achievements. Open automatically when passing.

To get achievements, you will need to increase the level of communication with the Servant by completing side quests and using software spells during the battle.

Sometimes, when returning to base camp, may appear a personal task of the Servant.
It is a blue dialog above the servant's head., which is only available during the completion of one stage of the story or an additional battle.
When it is executed, the communication level is increased by two levels., instead of one.

Just For You
Get a Mystic Code for strengthening a connection or completing a stage.

Costume Hunter
Receive three Mystic Codes for Link Up or Stage Completion.

Comrade
Raise the communication level of the Servant to the maximum level.

The Best Master
Raise the communication level of three servants to the maximum level.

Open 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% galleries.

To get these achievements, you will need to complete each item in the gallery, consisting of:

• Servant Galleries – Going through the main story.
• Event Galleries – We go through the main story and increase the level of communication with the servants, when receiving link level 4, 6, 11, 18 and 23 an event occurs.
  IMPORTANT: To receive the last event from the Nameless One, you must select the gender of the Master FEMALE.
• Background Music Gallery – Going through the main story.
  IMPORTANT: To open one of the compositions, you need to use the Nameless Noble Phantasm.
• Glossary – Going through the main story.
• List of Mystic Codes – We go through all the stages of the game on any difficulty level,
  we go through additional battles and increase the level of communication with the servants. It is also required to increase the communication level to the maximum level for one of the servants of each class to 30 level, ie. Ruler, Saber, Archer, Lancer, Rider, Assassin, Berserker.
  IMPORTANT: mystical code “Archer’s Talisman A” unlocked only for completing the stage “A Chance for Clarity” (21) on Very Hard difficulty.

Use Noble Phantasm twice in the same step.

Rush Hour
Perform eight Rush Attacks in one stage.

Battle Preparations Complete
Create mystical code.

Threshold Upgrade
Raise an installable skill to its maximum level.

Item Workshop
Combine two installable skills.

Item Workshop Expert
Combine two skills into a double.

We’re Lancers on the Moon, We Carry a Harpoon
Defeat Scathach as Cuchulainn.

You can ONLY get the achievement if the boss of the stage is Skatakh.
Stages of the story for which you can get an achievement: “Duel!” (12); “Reinforcing the Ranks” (22). Additional battles: “Duel!”; “Defending the Capital”; “Student – Teacher battle!”;
“Reinforcing the Ranks”.

A True Hero Kills With His Eyes
Use Karna's skills “Oh Brahma, Cover the Earth” or “Oh Brahma, Split the Earth”

You can get the achievement for using one of the above skills to defeat an enemy servant, but you need to have a minimum level of health.

Destined Duel
Defeat Karna with Arjuna.

You can ONLY get the achievement if the boss of the stage is Karna.
Stages of the story for which you can get an achievement: “Battle for the Imperial Capital” (01);
“The St.Metropolita, East/West Gate” (15/16).
Additional battles: “The St.Metropolita, West Gate”; “The St.Metropolita, East Gate”; “Fog in the city of Destiny”; “Battle for the Imperial Capital”;

I’m a Mile High and I’m the Scariest
Defeat Iskander as Darius III.

You can get the achievement ONLY if the boss of the stage is Iskander.
Stages of the story for which you can get an achievement: “Looking for a Knight” (23).
Additional battles: “Coalition of Two Kings”; “Looking for a Knight”.

Arrrthurrr!
Defeat the King of Knights as Lancelot.

You can ONLY get the achievement if the boss of the stage is Arturia.
Stages of the story for which you can get an achievement: “Evasion and Pursuit” (11)
Additional battles: “The King’s Charisma”; “Evasion and Pursuit”;

Awesomest Day Ever!
Complete stages from 1 to 27 at a very difficult difficulty level.

We go through all the stages of the plot on a very difficult level of difficulty, which is unlocked after beating the main story.

Conqueror of the Moon
Get all other achievements.

The Extra: Beginner, Warrior, Expert, King, Hero, I am gathered.

Additional battles are unlocked as you progress through the main story.. You can start to run them parallel to the story or after it ends. – The choice is yours.
We go through all the additional battles and get achievements.

I Praise Your Bravery!
Defeat two bosses “EX: Facsimile Fortress Nightmare” stage.

You have to fight with two final bosses of the story at once.
That is, with the Noble Phantasm of Charlemagne. Passed quite easily by any servant, which has 150 level using mystical code with healing / increased damage. If your level is less than recommended, then I wish you good luck.
