I used to buy with all the leviathan money, my waste immediately ran out, it was impossible to reach Dagon in this way, that's why I couldn't get the obelisk.
Now we are building differently in the drowned faction:
1) leviathan we build so much, so that you can open the red herring, it is the red herring that will build the leviathans, we don't build them anymore

Your task – dial the number of Mavok, required to open the next, 4-th hero of the utopians – Dagona – this is how you opened it, he will start building Mavok himself in large quantities. That's just Dagon and you need to waste waste, which you got after the explosion of the boiler.
In parallel with this, you of course pump the demon faction as usual – all heroes are upgraded to the maximum in the demon faction. I only use for pumping 2 crystal, the third is considered a waste of money.
