Soulworker: Fix black nicknames, characters and minimap

Press the Win key combination + R and then enter in the field that appears intl.cpl.
Region window opens, go to Extra. parameters (which are at the bottom of the window) and change Separator for integer and fractional parts with a comma (,) to the point (.).

Congratulations, now your “jokes” disappeared without a trace.
