We all know, what fallout 4 – a piece of unfinished code, a curve in management, and even at every opportunity it hurries to throw you back to the desktop. In this useless guide, we will try to fix the mouse with you., improve the interface, minimize crashes.
P.S. Leadership challenge: Improve the original with the minimum amount of modification. We will not poke balance, grafonia, music and other global aspects of the game.
Mouse
Mouse.
The controls in the game are strange. Mouse slows down by half when aiming, this is extremely inconvenient, especially during vigorous firefights, when you have a few enemies.
We will edit 3 file.
2. Fallout4Prefs.ini (C:/Games/Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4/Fallout4/)
3. Fallout4Prefs.ini (Yes again, but elsewhere) (C:/Users / YourUsername / My Documents / My Games / Fallout4 /)
1.Let's start with the speed of your mouse.
1) Go to Fallout.ini (C:/Users / YourUsername / My Documents / My Games / Fallout4 /)
2) Find the section in the file [Controls], and below it the line fMouseHeadingYScale =.021
3) Change the value .021 on it, what will fit your monitor.
16:9 = .03738
4:3 = .028
16:10 = .0336
2. Aim Blur
1) Opening Fallout4Prefs(C:/Users / YourUsername / My Documents / My Games / Fallout4 /)
2) Are looking for [Imagespace], and under it bDoDepthOfField and bScreenSpaceBokeh. If the value of the data strings 1, feel free to change it to 0.
3. Aiming mode
1) Go to Fallout4Prefs.ini(C:/Games/Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4/Fallout4/)
2) Find the section [Main] and right under it we enter a new line: fIronSightsFOVRotateMult=2.136363636
3) And we do the same with another Fallout4Prefs.ini(C:/Users / YourUsername / My Documents / My Games / Fallout4 /)
4. Excessive smoothness
1) Open Fallout4Prefs.ini(C:/Users / YourUsername / My Documents / My Games / Fallout4 /)
2) We are looking for the line bForceIgnoreSmoothness and change its value to 0.
Well, now the mouse behaves more or less normally in the game.
Viewing angle
The first way – config.
Second way – modification.
The first way.
Go to Fallout.ini(C:/Users / YourUsername / My Documents / My Games / Fallout4 /) and
looking for strings fDefaultWorldFOV and fDefault1stPersonFOV. Change their values at your discretion. But personally, I advise you to set fDefault1stPersonFOV = 100 and fDefaultWorldFOV = 90. So convenient and you won't get tunnel vision syndrome)
Second way.
Fashion.
1) First you need to put F4SE. (https://f4se.silverlock.org)
2)Then install Vortex[www.nexusmods.com], it is a handy mod installer, who will do almost everything for you, you are lazy)
3) I set the mod, which is necessary for the work of our Fov Slider'a (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21497/?)
4) And now we put our mod to change fov'a (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/36768)
Patch and achievements
The gazebo doesn't really fix its bugs, so fans, who rummage for the engine and its prEkoly, made a patch, which fixes most bugs.
Downloading mod[www.nexusmods.com]. In this case, we use the aforementioned Vortex.
Fallout 4 blocks getting achievement when mods are enabled. Therefore, we will put the mod)))
I know, sounds stupid, but IT WORKS!
Download this miracle file[www.nexusmods.com] and install.
The original pisses me off so, that I just can't understand, what does my character want to say, but I have to admit, it's pretty cute)
New dialog menu[www.nexusmods.com].
